Built by Someone Who Has Solved This Before
Enterprise software, sales technology, and production-grade systems experience applied to live conversations on the dealership floor.
The Experience Behind the Platform
SelfLoop is built for a hard operating environment: live customer conversations, noisy floors, incomplete CRM data, time-sensitive handoffs, and sales teams that cannot stop the conversation to use another tool.
Ben Houston has spent his career building systems where latency, reliability, and buyer confidence matter. That experience shapes SelfLoop's approach: capture what is happening, measure it honestly, then introduce guidance only when it can help the next exchange.
Ben Houston — Founder

Ben Houston has spent his career at the intersection of 3D graphics, web technology, and enterprise software.
He co-created Deadline, the render farm management system that became the industry standard for Hollywood VFX, later acquired by Amazon and now part of AWS as Deadline Cloud.
He is a long-time contributor to Three.js and a co-author of the glTF standard at the Khronos Group, work that required making complex technical systems usable by broad development teams.
He founded Threekit, which raised $65 million and built visual commerce infrastructure used by Crate & Barrel, Jacuzzi, Milwaukee Tool, Steelcase, Ralph Lauren, and dozens more Fortune 500 companies across complex product categories.
SelfLoop applies that full arc to in-person sales: make complex choices easier for buyers, give sales teams better information, and build software that can survive real enterprise deployment.

From Enterprise Systems to Live Sales Floors
SelfLoop is not trying to replace the dealership sales process. It instruments the conversations already happening, gives managers a clearer view, helps salespeople at the right moments, and turns handoffs and follow-up into structured work.
